The operator of the hotel has a passion for genuine hospitality. The “man of the house” – Heinz Auer – is also an award-winning chef and over the course of his career has cooked himself up several toques in the “Gault Millau”. You will taste and feel this!

Enjoyment in several courses is offered with the half-board in the evenings, which is included in the room price. Whereby there is not a large menu with standard dishes, which matches the style of the hotel…
On the contrary, dishes which in their very essence develop a personal dialogue with the guests are exactly what is reflected in the small and refined atmosphere of our boutique hotel.
This naturally doesn’t mean that the award-winning specialties of the former toque chef won’t be found again in the restaurant menu, and in good weather we are happy to serve these on our sunny terrace.

In our carefully sorted wine cellar we store selected bottles of wine and champagne. Our wine menu offers a selection of excellent winemakers and unique wines, as well as an extract of wines from the most important international wine-growing regions.
